Job Purpose:
Junior Operations Analyst Support the execution of operational routines with a focus on quality, while learning the end-to-end process of issuance, validation, and closing.
Key Accountabilities:
· Support the analysis of slips and endorsements received from reinsurers.
· Assist in the preparation of coverage notes and endorsements to coverage notes.
· Support the verification of risk-related information within the reinsurance system.
· Assist in the issuance of debit and credit notes (DN/CN).
· Enter risk-related information into control spreadsheets.
· Support the organization of documents and supporting evidence for the monthly revenue closing process.
· Flag any questions, inconsistencies, or delays to the assigned Mid-level/Senior Analyst.
Skills & Knowledge:
· Currently pursuing or holding a higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields
· No prior experience in reinsurance is required; professional experience or exposure to operations, back-office, or insurance is considered an asset
· Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
· Basic knowledge of reinsurance (desirable)
· Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
· Proactive approach to learning and seeking assistance

Objetivo del puesto:
Apoyar la ejecución de las rutinas operativas con calidad, aprendiendo el flujo completo de emisión, validación y cierre
Principales responsabilidades:
· Apoyar el análisis de slips y endosos recibidos de los reaseguradores.
· Colaborar en la confección de la nota de cobertura y del endoso a la nota de cobertura.
· Apoyar la verificación de la información del riesgo en el sistema de reaseguros.
· Colaborar en la emisión de las notas de débito y crédito (NC/ND).
· Realizar la carga de la información del riesgo en la planilla de controles.
· Apoyar la organización de documentos y evidencias para el cierre mensual del ingreso.
Señalar dudas, inconsistencias o retrasos al Analista Pleno/Senior responsable.
Habilidades y conocimientos:
· Educación superior en curso o completa en Administración, Contabilidad, Economía, Actuaría o áreas afines.
· Sin experiencia previa obligatoria en reaseguros; se valora la práctica profesional o vivencia en operaciones, back-office o seguros
· Paquete Office, principalmente Excel
· Nociones de reaseguro (deseable)
· Inglés intermedio o avanzado
· Proactividad para aprender y pedir ayuda.
